i find the resort is wonderful. the team is attentive and friendly. there are many options for food to suit everyone with entertainment. the resort complex are lovely. i get a room facing north, staff fixed it quickly. the hotel sent us a basket with fruit and sweets to our room.

the a/c in my room makes noise. the beds aren't comfortable for me. i think the access to the beach is too narrow. it's very close to soho square.

the hotel was gorgeous, and my room was excellent. the beautiful jacuzzi room was super comfortable with great amenities. the staff were great, being attentive and helpful whenever i needed something. the food was AMAZING!!!

the beach access was a bit narrow, but still manageable.
