ok stay but some issues

the staff weren't always on it. i mean, the ac in my room was super loud. i tryed to get some sleep, but it was so bad. the beds weren't comfy either. the beach access felt really cramped too. it was near soho square and the staff were ok in some instances, but these things really let it down.

unclean bathroom delayed transfer

The staff took good care of me. A good start to my short stay.

I found the room cleaning to be subpar on the first day. The bathroom wasn't clean when i checked in, which wasn't the best first impression (honestly, it was a bit off-putting). also, the transfer to the airport was delayed, and i nearly missed my flight. i didn't appreciate almost missing my flight after having already dealt with an unclean room.

wonderful stay, few minor issues

i find the resort is wonderful. the team is attentive and friendly. there are many options for food to suit everyone with entertainment. the resort complex are lovely. i get a room facing north, staff fixed it quickly. the hotel sent us a basket with fruit and sweets to our room.

the a/c in my room makes noise. the beds aren't comfortable for me. i think the access to the beach is too narrow. it's very close to soho square.

the cleanliness of the hotel struck me. the decor seemed lovely. the atmosphere felt very warm. bika from reception showed such kindness he helped me with every question. he welcomed me with a constant smile. he remained attentive.

charmed by the posh club experience!

beautiful jacuzzi room attentive staff excellent food

the hotel was gorgeous, and my room was excellent. the beautiful jacuzzi room was super comfortable with great amenities. the staff were pretty good, being attentive and helpful whenever i needed something. the food was AMAZING!!!

the beach access was a bit narrow, but still manageable.
